2. Meat Distribution Meeting 8-8:30 a.m.
3. Competition meat only. No outside cuts of meat. BEEF ONLY! Pork/bacon is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in disqualification.
4. Rubs, injections and marinades are on the team’s dime.
5. Competition meats turned in on time. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
6. Your area is your responsibility to clean.
7. Dispose of anything hot in the proper containers.
