Welcome to Bolivar – the heartland of America and the heart of beef country! Since 2022, we have been rolling out the red carpet to anyone interested in learning about this important Missouri industry, honoring those who contribute to its success, or taking part in a good old-fashioned hometown celebration.
With three years under our belt, Missouri Beef Days has had the privilege - thanks to our generous sponsors - to give back to the community. Over the last three years, MBD has cooked thousands of hamburgers for Polk County Kids and raised more than $100,000 in scholarship funds. MBD has made enhancements to the Polk County Fairgrounds including clean up, purchasing and installing bleachers, a board sound system, wash rack, and panel. Additionally, MBD made improvements to the gazebo and grounds at the Polk County Missouri Museum and made donations to Bolivar Community Foundation. Missouri Beef Days truly makes a difference!

Missouri Beef Days offers a variety of volunteer opportunities during the first full week of May across all our events! Whether you’re looking to give back to the community, gain hands-on experience, or connect with others, we have roles suited to various skills and interests. Volunteers can assist with event setup, guest check-in, activity coordination, and more. Your support ensures the success of our initiatives, and we truly appreciate your time and dedication.
